Qualifications
- 3 - 4.5 years of experience in consulting, FMCG, or any relevant industry.
- Experience in Project Management, Policy & Procedure Development, Strategy Development, or Organizational Excellence.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (orally and written).
Responsibilities
- Research, Gather & Document Data using several methods to conduct research activities.
- Identify issues, formulate, and test hypotheses.
- Organize & analyze data and translate it into meaningful insights.
- Develop presentations on findings and insights.
- Present findings to team members and clients.
- Conduct & document meetings, interviews with clients.
- Contribute to the creation of deliverables.
- Lead the day-to-day execution of a client project and assist in practice and solution development. Contribute to the creation of deliverables.
- Manage client relationships on projects and ensure positive impact and sustainable results.
- Assess the depth required, translate the analysis into useful findings and quality assure the results.
- Take ownership of the overall project and delivery as per commitments to the client.
