The Social Media Specialist will be responsible for creating and publishing content on all social media platforms of the company, growing the audience, building brand awareness, overseeing site metrics, and interact with readers based on the strategy.
The Social Media Specialist is also responsible for devising strategy, community management, creative directing, customer service, copywriting, and analyzing data to provide the right reports and dashboards.
Responsibilities:
- Publish content on timly manner.
- Collaborate with other teams to develop social media campaigns.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies.
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of company’s social content.
- Monitor SEO and customer engagement and suggest content optimization.
- Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights and social media best practices to measure the success of every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns.
- Work with copywriters and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Marketing\Communication, or relevant degrees.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (orally and written).
- + 2 years of experience in Social Media and SEO.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent document development through MS Office.
- Excellent performance in reporting, documentatio, and creating dashboards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities.
