  • Manage day-to-day activities of the PMO within SG.
  • Ensuring proper governance of policies and procedures within the company.
  • System admin for the project management, and related systems.
  • Preparation of and enhancement of PM templates, procedures, and tools.
  • Monitoring, controlling, and supporting project managers.
  • Following up and coordinating with teams and stakeholders in relation to the project management and IT-related works.
  • Providing support to the operations team in resource planning, managing database, and operations.
  • Support on enhancing the operations IT systems.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelors' degree in management, business administration, or IT.
  • 1-2 years of experience in Project Management or IT Project Management.
  • Good Knowledge of Project Management best practices (Holing a professional certificate in Project Management, like PMP or Prince2 or similar certificates is preferable).
  • Ability to highlight risks and resolve them in alignment with all stakeholders.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
  • Excellent document development through MS Office.
  • Strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities.
