Functional areas
- Manage day-to-day activities of the PMO within SG.
- Ensuring proper governance of policies and procedures within the company.
- System admin for the project management, and related systems.
- Preparation of and enhancement of PM templates, procedures, and tools.
- Monitoring, controlling, and supporting project managers.
- Following up and coordinating with teams and stakeholders in relation to the project management and IT-related works.
- Providing support to the operations team in resource planning, managing database, and operations.
- Support on enhancing the operations IT systems.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors' degree in management, business administration, or IT.
- 1-2 years of experience in Project Management or IT Project Management.
- Good Knowledge of Project Management best practices (Holing a professional certificate in Project Management, like PMP or Prince2 or similar certificates is preferable).
- Ability to highlight risks and resolve them in alignment with all stakeholders.
- Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
- Excellent document development through MS Office.
- Strong teamwork and relationship-building abilities.
