The PwC ETIC is looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team. The ideal candidate will be an experienced leader who is knowledgeable in Agile methodology and has a passion for delivering effective solutions.The ideal candidate must have superior communication and problem-solving skills, They must also have a passion for delivering solutions that exceed the needs of our clients.
We are looking for someone who is a team player, proactive, and able to effectively manage multiple tasks. The successful candidate should also have excellent presentation skills and be able to quickly adapt to changing customer requirements.

Responsibilities:
Facilitate and lead Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint retrospectives, and sprint reviews
Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and best practices
Identify and remove any impediments that may hinder the team's progress
Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure that the product backlog is well-groomed and prioritized
Coach and mentor the team on Agile methodology and continuous improvement
Develop and maintain a positive working environment that promotes collaboration and innovation
Track and report on team progress, including burndown charts and velocity metrics
Facilitate communication between the team and stakeholders, including other teams, management, and clients
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role.
Experience working with cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of content management systems and digital publishing platforms.
Experience in the IT industry is a plus.

Certified ScrumMaster - CSM
Certified Scrum Professional
Certified Scrum Product Owner
Professional Scrum Master
ITIL certification
