Job Description & Summary

PwC ETIC is looking for an experienced candidate in the insurance domain to join our team. The successful candidate will be an integral part of our team and will be responsible for providing technical consulting services to our clients. As a consultant, you will be able to design and develop digital products that meet the needs of insurance customers.

The ideal candidate must have superior communication and problem-solving skills, as well as deep expertise in Insurance products. They must also have a passion for delivering solutions that exceed the needs of our clients.

We are looking for someone who is a team player, proactive, and able to effectively manage multiple tasks. The successful candidate should also have excellent presentation skills and be able to quickly adapt to changing customer requirements.

- Conducting user research to understand customer needs and preferences.

- Designing user interfaces that are easy to use and navigate.

- Creating wireframes and prototypes to test design concepts.

- Collaborating with developers to ensure that designs are implemented correctly.

- Conducting usability testing to identify areas for improvement.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in UX/UI design

- Experience with design software such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision

- Relevant functional and/or technical hands-on experience in designing solutions

- Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus.

- Ability to understand both insurance and technology concepts 

- Analytical thinking and the ability to execute successfully.

- Ability to handle customer queries and provide timely solutions
