Today, Strategic Gears has offices in Riyadh and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, as well as an office in Cairo and in London. The company is currently expanding its operations in Cairo and is hiring to support this growth.
Strategic Gears is looking for a Consultant to join the team in Egypt. Ideally, you will have consulting experience gained through previous work experience.


  • 3 - 4.5 years of experience in consulting, FMCG, or any relevant industry.
  • Experience in Project Management, Policy & Procedure Development, Strategy Development, or Organizational Excellence
  • Fluent in both Arabic and English (orally and written)


  • Research, Gather & Document Data using several methods to conduct research activities
  • Identify issues, formulate, and test hypotheses
  • Organize & analyze data and translate it into meaningful insights
  • Develop presentations on findings and insights
  • Present results to team members and clients
  • Conduct & document meetings, and interviews with clients
  • Contribute to the creation of deliverables
  • Lead the day-to-day execution of a client project and assist in practice and solution development. Contribute to the creation of deliverables
  • Manage client relationships on projects and ensure positive impact and sustainable results
  • Assess the depth required, and translate the analysis into useful findings and quality to assure the results
  • Take ownership of the overall project and delivery as per commitments to the client
