Strategic Gears has delivered projects in more than 17 sectors for the most well-known entities in the public sector including ministries, regulatory authorities, and the Saudi Stock Exchange, as well major private sector entities in the Kingdom. Today, Strategic Gears has offices in Riyadh and Jeddah in Saudi Arabia, as well as an office in Cairo and in London. The company is currently expanding its operations in Cairo and is hiring to support this growth. Strategic Gears is looking for Consultant / Manager to join the team in Egypt.
The accepted candidates will be required to work on a project basis, according to a previously agreed timeline and scope of work, also the role will be decided according to the level of experience and business need.
Key Responsibilities
- Support / lead the day-to-day execution of a client project and assist in practice and solution development, and contribute to the creation of deliverables.
- Manage/enhance client relationships on projects and ensure positive impact and sustainable results.
- Direct / improve the quantitative analysis, assess the depth required, and translate the analysis into useful findings and quality assure the results.
- Oversee/develop presentations on findings and insights.
- Conduct & document meetings, and interviews with clients.
- Take ownership of the overall project and delivery as per commitments to the client.
- Identify issues, and formulate, and test hypotheses.
- People management – handles the team of consultants, guiding and developing individual team members.
- Research, Gather & Document Data using several methods to conduct research activities.
Requirements:
- Consulting experience between 4-7 years is a must.
- Experience in multiple markets, but not a must preferably.
- Communicate fluently in both English / Arabic.
- Based in Egypt.
