Job Description
We are looking for a Change Management Consultant to work with our team supporting one of our major projects in the Change Management arena.
Responsibilities
- Overseeing and leading any change management projects, including the researching, implementation and assessment from start to finish
- Managing the communications and views internally and/or externally.
- Creating and conducting the coaching and training sessions, including e-learning for various stakeholders in projects.
- Ensuring project goals are met and executed by working with numerous internal resources
- Mentoring and supporting junior team members and assigning tasks where relevant
- Long term relationship building with both clients and colleagues
- Ability to acknowledge and address any client issues and resolve these with the intent of exceeding client expectations
- Identifying suitable communication strategies and building on these, reviewing the plans and delivering reports to the executives
Requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher or related field;
- 8 - 10 years of relevant experience in project management and Change Management
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Certified in Change Management by Prosci ACMP.
- Strategic outlook coupled with practical approach to business problems
- Detail-oriented and analytical
- Ability to build and maintain relationships.
