Frost & Sullivan’s Healthcare & Life Sciences Growth Advisory practice has a powerhouse team of analysts and strategists working across the Digital Health, Medical Devices, Bio-Pharmaceuticals and Clinical Diagnostics Space. Our team generates value for Healthcare & Life Sciences companies offering strategic insights and recommendations in areas ranging from Product Positioning & Innovation, Competitive Insights, Digital Transformation, Value-Based Healthcare (VBHC), Physician + Patient Journey Mapping and Brand Communication + Strategy. Overview
This candidate will be responsible for leading several client projects (2-4) at a time. Would take the lead responsibility on complex projects (involving multiple/ senior stakeholders and involving more than 4-5 resources). Ensure quality of work & deliverables in projects overseen. Seen by client as business advisor in senior management situation. Take ownership of selected accounts & should carry revenue quota responsibility for these accounts. Take on the responsibility to mentor & coach junior consultants. The candidate will play a role in project design and proposal development.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate subject matter expertise in related healthcare and lifesciences field(s)
- Deliver on consulting and services engagements achieving high levels of client satisfaction and value, resulting in repeat business
- Collaborate with the sales organization to develop effective "issue based" account strategies related to target accounts in the Practice Area
- Retain & grow clients, keeping clients in each step of the growth pipeline cycle
- Build and maintain Frost's knowledge base with content to facilitate business development, fulfillment and employee development activities within the Practice Area
- Optimize the utilization and productivity of the consulting personnel within the Practice Area in coordination with Regional Leader and Global Leader
- Create & execute on the consulting and services strategy for the Practice Area
- Develop and drive consulting best practices across the Practice Area end to end (lead management è Post project client care)
- Execute best practices in the Practice Area for business development
- Collaborate with sales developing and implementing local KSA/ Middle East account strategies and growing account revenues
- Manage key stakeholders by sector/practice area to ensure expectations are met/exceeded, timelines are met
- Develop excellent quality content
- Work with a global team of experts to create a powerful customer experience

Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who –
- PMP certified
- A minimum experience of 10 years in consulting with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Saudi market
- Experience in leading strategic projects related to vision 2030 such as National investment strategy NIS, National industrial strategy NIS 2.0, National transformation program NTP, PPP, VRO.
- Experience in delivering projects for ministries, VRO departments, OR semi-gov.
- Interactions with C-suite, Ministries’ advisors, deputy ministers, VPs and Managing Directors.
- supporting the KSA commercial team in business development activities.
- Experience in managing project tools like Monday.com, Gannt chart, Microsoft projects, Primavera or anything similar.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Native Arab speaker with excellent writing skills in Arabic

- Are well-organized and detail-oriented
- Take ownership to work independently with remote supervision
