About the Job
This role is a pillar of the engagement team and the client relationship. The Manager demonstrates ability to manage (deliverables, resources, budget) a small engagement or components of a large, complex engagement. Active participation is required to understand the client’s needs and to build recommendations as well as best-fitting solutions to the client
The candidate will work in perfect synergy and collaboration with their Line Manager, as well as with their engagement team, to ensure that results and commitments are delivered properly and in a timely manner. In addition, the ability to participate in selling activities by applying learned techniques and approaches is needed.
Your Main Duties Will Include:
- Reporting to a Principal.
- Collaborates closely with engagement team members, sharing knowledge and working together to achieve project objectives.
- Identifies client business issues, translates them into engagement objectives, and creates high-quality deliverables in line with the company's standards.
- Demonstrates proficiency in managing small engagements or complex workstreams, handling issues, scope, and project management.
- Ensures workstream performance, client satisfaction, and adherence to budgets.
- Manages budget and profitability.
- Makes informed decisions, monitors their impact, and identifies changes in the scope of work.
- Exhibits leadership, persuades and influences, and effectively delegates resources.
- Manages junior team members, supports their development, and provides constructive feedback.
- Participates in problem-solving, develops recommendations, and identifies best-fitting solutions.
- Manages client relationships, stakeholders, and fosters key relationships.
- Contributes innovative ideas to the engagement team.
- Commits to deadlines, demonstrates a commitment to continuous improvement, and identifies business development opportunities.
- Facilitates meetings effectively.
- Conducts research, benchmarking, and industry studies.
- Develops professional relationships within the company and with clients.
- Actively contributes to internal knowledge building and proposals development.
- Utilizes business network for lead generation.
- Actively seeks to reach utilization targets through flexibility and proactivity.

Qualifications
- Education: A degree from a globally reputable university in engineering, business, marketing, or a related field with an outstanding academic record.
- Additional relevant qualifications or certifications are a plus.
- Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years in management consulting.
- Exceptional cases considered (e.g., Tier 1 experience, entrepreneurial background).
- Experience in complex environments, organizing and presenting complex information.
- Experience in project management, coaching, and client relations.
- Budget and KPI management experience.
- Exposure to multiple industry sectors, ideally including Public Sector, Telecoms, or Financial Services.
- Willingness to travel when necessary.
