We are seeking a candidate who possesses the ability to manage (deliverables, resources, budget) a small engagement or components of a large, complex engagement. The ideal candidate will actively participate to understand the client’s needs and to build recommendations as well as best-fitting solutions to the client.
Main Duties
- The Senior Consultant is responsible for shaping and orchestrating experience designs and lead transformations across industries
- Contributes in developing the Experience Design capability for the management consulting team at New Metrics and support in growing the team accordingly
- Develops thought leadership in Experience Design by contributing to articles, whitepapers, Point of View (POV) development, etc.
- Participates in evaluation and analyzing activities, to draw conclusions and develop insightful recommendations using common problem solving techniques, and participates in identifying best-fitting solutions
- Lead technical and commercial proposals related to Experience Design offerings across different industries.
Project Management
- Take the lead in delivering key projects related to Experience Design
- Support in Managing project teams and share info related to project financials
- Sets the work plan related to managed workstream(s), and follows-up on man-days budget utilization and ETC
- Manages budget and profitability in the area of responsibility.
- Ensures expenses adhere to the parameters defined in the engagement agreement and company standards
- Commits to deadlines and delivers on-time, with minimal review effort needed
- Anticipates and addresses workstream issues, and proactively raises to supervisor, all issues or risks related to delivery
- Leverages and delegates resources appropriately
Client Relationship
- Build & Manage day-to-day client relationships; Manages stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of change initiatives
- Develops professional relationships within New Metrics and client personnel through frequent and qualified contact
Knowledge & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 4+ years’ experience in a reputable management consulting firm
- 4+ years’ experience in delivering customer and digital experience projects in a consulting environment.
- Demonstrated experience in defining and bringing to life Customer and Digital Experience driven transformations.
- Experience in defining and bringing to life marketing/loyalty/eCommerce/ customer focused digital transformations.
Skills Required
- Demonstrated strong business acumen and aptitude for problem solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Arabic
- Proven ability to collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team operating at the intersection of business, design, and digital technologies.
Preferred Knowledge and Experience
- Cross-industry experience; public sector, banking or telecoms is a plus.
- Masters’ degree Engineering or Business Administration (MBA) desired
- Certification in Customer Experience (CCXP or Forrester CX Pro) desired
- Certification or education in Digital Transformation desired
- Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred
