DirectorJob Description & Summary
The key purpose of Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG) Due Diligence is to assess a company’s potential legal risks and its commitment to responsible ESG practices. ESG due diligence evaluates a company’s environmental and social impact, as well as the quality of its corporate governance. As ESG issues are now essential in investment decisions and portfolio management, ESG due diligence plays a key role in both buy-side and sell-side transactions. PwC tailors its ESG approach based on the risks identified, having worked on several ESG projects in financial services, automotive, and energy sectors. What to consider before applying
