About the Job
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Technology & Analytics team. The ideal candidate will support the technical design and delivery of Experience Management solutions, translating business needs into technical specifications and implementing Digital and Cloud solutions. This role demands strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, the ability to write and speak in Arabic, and a collaborative mindset to drive successful outcomes for our clients.
Your Main Duties Will Include:
- Produce a systematic way that will help interpret business requirements into systems and technology language that can then be easily understood by a technical audience.
- Understand the full picture of how technology is pieced together from working in a diverse organization where different business units have varying needs and objectives.
- Identify gaps between current and desired end-states and deliver Digital and Cloud solutions.
- Participate in technology implementation both from a design as well as configuration and development perspective.
- Provide input into and or create and execute user documentation and training material.
- Test the products or services towards the end of the project program user acceptance testing using and evaluating it for accuracy and usability providing feedback to the project program team.
- Participate in PoCs with business units’ architects and validate complex technical solutions when required.
- Conduct assessment on the impact and outcome of the functions or resolutions before implementation.
- Work with other team members including clients team members to solve technical/ system related inquiries.
- Create reports responsible for analyzing large set of experience and operational data.

Qualifications
- Master’s or bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Systems, Business/Systems Analysis.
- Experience web technologies, JavaScript - transformation fields, CSS - web-survey design, HTML - advanced survey configuration & email template, XML - data processors and integration technologies/protocols (APIs, REST, HTTP, SFTP, etc.)
- A minimum of 1 year experience with business and technical requirements analysis, modeling, verification, and methodology development.
- Experience in using some query/programming languages or IT Tools to be able to translate business requirements to technical specifications.
- Experience in designing and implementing reporting solutions and self-service analytics using tools such as Tableau.
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools like Tableau, QlikView, Power BI
- Understanding of common security concepts and standards (SSO, SAML, OAuth, RBAC, etc.).
