Purpose of Position
Palladium is currently recruiting for a Consulting Manager to join our dynamic team on a 1-year project in Riyadh, KSA, focused on the delivery of advisory services to a strategic government entity that is at the center of the Kingdom’s transformation.
The Consulting Managers are integral to the delivery team by taking responsibility for the execution of key workstreams and management of related team members. Their role is to work with the client and Palladium senior management to design sound approaches and solutions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Develop hypotheses and work plans that address project objectives and deliver quality solutions to our client
- Manage workstream data collection, synthesis and analysis
- Develop insights from the analytical process and integrate findings into the broader project work
- Analyse and make sound recommendations to the project leadership
- Support in project management functions including ensuring governance alignment, developing workplans and budgets, assessing risks, and formulating mitigation strategies
- Offer strategic guidance and advice related to developing and detailing strategic objectives, KPIs, targets, and initiatives
- Build the relationship between Palladium and the client’s project team, often interact independently with client leadership
- Develop content and co-facilitate client workshops, as required
- Take ownership of client deliverables, presentations, and proposal materials
- Coach and mentor junior team members both overall and on projects
Key Requirements
- Saudi nationality
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, social sciences or similar. Master’s degree preferred
- Strong experience, preferably in strategy consulting or equivalent multi-client consulting environment.
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Arabic
- Experience with performance management methodologies, particularly the Kaplan/Norton framework is desirable
- Strong facilitation skills, memorable in-person presentation abilities
- Excellent skills in general problem-solving, concept development, project management
- Results driven, persistent, and persuasive
