Senior Consultant - Strategy (12 months engagement)
Purpose of Position
Palladium is currently recruiting for a Senior Consultant to join our dynamic team on a 1-year project in Riyadh, KSA, focused on the delivery of advisory services to a strategic government entity that is at the center of the Kingdom’s transformation.
As a key member of the team, the Senior Consultant develops relationships with client team members. They are expected to manage themselves – time allocation, learning new things, maintaining project timelines and budgets for areas that they control. The Senior Consultant may also be managing others on the project.
Primary Responsibilities
- Understand client or external data and present analysis to project team
- Support senior members in clearly articulating client needs
- Participate in designing solutions for solving client issues
- Conduct independent data gathering activities
- Design qualitative and quantitative research tools
- Prepare studies and analysis as per global and local best practices
- Propose initiatives, develop specialized plans and define project scopes to achieve client objectives
- Formulate and measure strategic objectives, KPIs, and targets
- Monitor the implementation of initiatives and document achievements
- Assess risk and mitigation strategies to reduce any negative effects on projects
Key Requirements
- Saudi nationality
- Bachelor’s degree from a leading institution
- Relevant consulting experience, preferably in strategy consulting or equivalent multi-client consulting environment
- Excellent MS Office skills
- Good written and verbal business communications skills
- Familiarity with the Kaplan/Norton framework and/or other performance management methodology is highly desirable
