We are looking for sharp-minded and confident Strategy/Management Consultants who can add value to our team through their experience, strategic analytical skills, and passion for successful strategy execution (Contract Position). Requirements

• Available immediately
• Arabic speaking
• Contract position
• Previous strategy/management consulting background (Big 4, Big 5, Boutique) REQUIRED
• Various positions open (2-12 years’ experience in management consulting (with focus on either or all these areas: strategy, performance/KPIs, corporate governance, operating model design, policies & procedures, risk management)
• Well versed in strategy analysis, formulation and implementation 
• Experience in corporate performance management, objective/KPI development, target setting, etc. 
• Implemented projects related to corporate governance and risk
• Rolled out organization wide policies & procedures across all departments
• Development of strategy and performance frameworks and methodologies
• Well versed in cascading strategy and developing functional performance scorecards
• Experience in Balanced Scorecard development and KPI definition
• Experience in organization design and operating model development
• Well versed in business transformations and change
• Ability to facilitate client sessions and interact with higher management levels

Other Requirements

• Highly capable in Microsoft powerpoint and Office suite
• Proficient Fluency in English & Arabic
• Available immediately
