About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic Consultant to join our consulting team. The ideal candidate will lead the design and analysis of CX and EX journeys, gather and analyze data, support the design of journey improvements, guide executive team members, contribute to overall project documentation, and lead workshops and client engagements.
This role demands a results-driven mindset, problem-solving skills, high accountability, and a consultative approach to delivering value. The candidate must excel in communication and project management, demonstrate strategic thinking, and embody our company culture.
Your Main Duties Will Include:
- Data Strategy & Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to employee experiences and feedback, using analytical tools to identify trends and insights. Develop actionable strategies based on data insights to improve client outcomes.
- EX/CX Journey Mapping: Lead journey mapping sessions with clients and provide expert recommendations.
- Reporting & Presentations: Deliver client presentations with a focus on strategic recommendations and business impact.
- Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Mentor and guide junior analysts, ensuring project success and professional development.
- Accountability: Take ownership of client relationships and drive project delivery to ensure client satisfaction.
- Internal Contributions: Lead internal initiatives to develop methodologies and tools that enhance our consulting approach.
- Business Development: Lead the development of proposals, sales presentations, and client pitches, identifying new opportunities for growth and expanding relationships with existing clients.
What We Expect From You
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, consulting, preferably in Employee Experience, Customer Experience, or Human Resources.
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools and software.
- Proven skills in Microsoft Office (mostly Excel and PowerPoint).
- Experience leading workshops, managing client relationships, and overseeing project delivery.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to creatively solve complex problems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration or a related field. A master’s degree is preferred.
- Self-starter attitude, self-motivated and confident, with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent organizational skills, having the ability to prioritize workload whilst being resilient and able to cope well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to lead teams and mentor junior staff.
- The ability and willingness to travel, when necessary.
Qualifications
- Years of experience: 3-5 years of relevant experience.
- Deep understanding of various industries, including their market dynamics, trends, and challenges related to experience management.
