About the Job
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Engagement Manager to join our Consulting team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in leading project delivery, managing client relationships, and ensuring that project goals are met with high-quality results. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure alignment, solve complex business problems, and deliver outstanding outcomes that advance the employee or customer experience.
This role demands a results-driven mindset, communication, project management and problem solving skills and high accountability. The candidate must excel in communication and project management, and embody our company culture.
Your Main Duties Will Include:
- Project Management: Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet the defined objectives.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and ensuring consistent client satisfaction throughout the engagement.
- Team Leadership: Manage and coordinate teams to deliver solutions that meet client needs, fostering collaboration and ensuring accountability.
- Problem-Solving: Identify potential project challenges, proactively mitigate risks, and lead the team in creating innovative solutions that address client needs.
- Communication: Provide regular project updates to stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication of progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Business Development: Collaborate with business development teams to identify new opportunities within existing engagements and contribute to proposal development and client presentations.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage data and analytics to track project performance and drive informed decisions that improve outcomes.

- Project Management Expertise: Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize competing deadlines.
- Analytical Skills: Experience in data analysis and a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Business Acumen: Solid understanding of various industries and their market dynamics, with a focus on employee or customer experience management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Self-starter attitude, self-motivated and confident, with a strong work ethic.
- The ability and willingness to travel, when necessary
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience in consulting, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading successful engagements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and project management tools.
