Job Description & Summary

(Duration:
12 months – Expected start date is October 2024.
Location:
Client Location - based in KSA with some flexibility for remote working ( 3 weeks on site followed by one week working remotely)
 

Typical activities would include –

• Lead the Masterplan Interfacing Activities 
• Ensure the coordination between the different work streams within the masterplan
• Ensure all changes across different workstream are reflected in the masterplan
• Maintain a change tracker and develop timelines to ensure timely implementation of activities
• Create project briefs and RFPs to related design tasks when required
• Prepare and produce design presentations in various formats including PowerPoint, etc.
• Liaise with the team, sectors and the internal and third-party consultants to ensure all requirements are met in the masterplan
• Ensure compliance of deliverables against scope of works and contracts.

Typical knowledge and attributes required for this role –

• 10-15 years experience in Urban Planning and/or Masterplan coordination particularly in megaprojects
• Degree in Urban Design / Architecture
• Experience in technical stakeholder management
• Possess a general working knowledge in the development life cycle of a project
• Strong design and project management experience
• Strong understanding of the Urban Design, building,  infra and Landscape scopes of work and the synergies and overlaps in between
