We are looking for a People Operations Associate for our People Team. We offer a rewarding and fast-paced career in an empowering, non-political, and interdisciplinary working environment.

Main responsibilities for the role

  • Co-ordinating and providing administrative support for a range of people processes
  • Managing HR transactions including preparing, inputting and checking payroll data (outsourced)
  • Producing and drafting agreements and offer letters
  • Updating and maintaining the HRIS
  • Preparing reports about payroll, key performance indicators and expenses
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries such as company policies, benefits, leave of absence, employee data.
  • Ensuring that employee files, records, all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
  • Managing existing reward and benefits processes using industry benchmarking to make changes where necessary
  • Serve as the first point of contact and specialist for employee inquiries regarding corporate policies, benefits, leave of absence, employee data, and any other general inquiries
  • Provide support on special projects such as employee experience design, learning sprints, adaptation of new HR technologies

Qualifications for the role

  • Associate's or bachelor's degree in business or accounting preferred
  • Proven experience in a payroll position in a fast-paced environment required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong computer literacy
  • Exceptional multitasking and organizational skills
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is preferred
  • Curiosity and enthusiasm in exponential learning is expected
