Role overview

We are always looking for professionals for our “Case Manager” role in our strategy consulting capability area. Main responsibilities of the role

• Lead a work stream in client engagement
• Execute high quality fact-based analysis and build analytical / financial models
• Support project leadership to formulate valuable recommendations for our clients
• Support business development efforts of Dogma Alares
• Participate in certain Dogma Alares internal functions

Qualifications for the role

• Minimum 7 years of management consulting and / or industry experience is required
• Degree in engineering, management or economics from a top university is required
• MBA or similar advanced degree is preferred
• Previous experience in strategy, business development, planning or similar functions of leading financial services or consumer goods / services companies as a consultant or an employee is preferred
• Relevant hands on experience in strategy projects, digital initiatives, analytics and transformations is preferred
• Fluency in spoken and written English is required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
• Excellent analytical, quantitative problem-solving skills and high capacity for conceptual thinking are required
• Ability to work independently is expected
• Curiosity and enthusiasm in exponential learning is expected
• Entrepreneurial mindset is preferred
