Main responsibilities of the role

• Leading, managing and mentoring the team of UX designers
• Understanding user problems, coming up with reasonable solutions and designing thoughtful user experiences that are functional, usable and aesthetic
• Thinking through a workflow and making major, sometimes daring design decisions to reinvent it
• Working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment, creative exchange opinion meetings with cross-functional teams
• Work together with the service design team to build a consistent user experience across the whole customer journey
• Review and iterate on current experience designs
• Work in a collaborative cross-functional team of managing consultants, machine learning engineers and
• Work closely with business designers, front end developers and other designers
• Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and customer journey map

Minimum qualifications for this position

• At least 7+ years of experience of User Experience Design and Research with consumer applications.
• Bachelor degree in a relevant field (Graphic Design, Visual Communication, etc) or relevant agency or extensive UX and UI design experience
• Deep knowledge on Designing systems, pattern libraries, Adobe Creative Cloud Applications (Photoshop, Illustrator,XD) Sketch, Principle, Figma or similar design tools
• Strategic understanding and expert knowledge of user experience design processes
• Strategic thinker with broad experience, capable of effectively configuring and deploying different qualitative and quantitative research methods, as appropriate to the project vision and goals
• Talent and passion for design research – creating exciting and engaging user experiences
• Portfolio containing both app and web work

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary UI, Business Design or product teams(motion, interaction, UX research, engineering, UX writing) on technical implementation in a product lifecycle
• Experience with technical constraints and limitations as they apply to designing for platforms such as desktop and mobile, Android and iOS from a UX perspective
• Experience of involvement in all stages of the design process including initial workshops, research, creation of design concepts, developing interactive prototypes, devising and conducting experiments, and delivering applications
• Clear and positive communication skills in written and spoken English
• Strong communication, persuasion and team working skills
• A passion to learn and keep up with the cutting edge technologies
• A maker/builder mentality
• Being obsessively detail oriented
• Openness to feedback
