He/she will be responsible for defining graduate programme requirements including managing end-to-end recruitment delivery, design and deliver business specific and xLoS campus attraction campaigns.
Primary duties and responsibilities
Job Background/context:
The Graduate Recruiting Team is the specialist function within HR supporting the business hiring needs across PwC’s ME region. The team directly supports the business xLoS in the attraction and selection of graduate hires. The graduate recruiting lead will focus on building and developing a junior talent pipeline, in compliance with local and regional hiring regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Relationship Management
Work with the Middle East HCBLs, People Partners and key business stakeholders to agree the graduate hiring strategy including national hiring requirements
Develop and manage relationships with business stakeholders to ensure the graduate hiring strategy is embedded in the overall business agendas
Reporting - update key business stakeholders and HR colleagues on recruitment processes and candidate pipelines on monthly/weekly basis
Partner with colleagues across Europe and North America to share best practices & ensure consistency in recruitment
Campus Attraction
Partner with the UK, US and Canada campus recruiting teams to agree on collaboration of international recruiting initiatives
Design and execute an effective regional campus attraction strategy including social media campaigns
Organise and attend promotional activities and marketing events on campus
Coordinate key business stakeholders to represent PwC ME at marketing events & corporate presentations
Recruiting
Work closely with people partners, recruiting partners, CSPs and BU Leaders to ensure business recruitment needs are continually met, including but not limited to gender and nationalisation targets and diverse candidate profiles (Data/STEM)
Ensure the provision of a fair and objective process to a diverse audience
Engage and train hiring managers to get support with the graduate recruiting process
Utilise the most appropriate forms of assessment within selection processes and update the tools/process when necessary
Additional responsibilities:
Support graduate induction programme
Develop summer internship programmes which will serve as a source for recruiting of the following graduate classes
Oversee summer internship hiring
Drive bi-annual COOP hiring for KSA
