BrazilAvison Young strengthens Advisory practice with Abbas Junejo
International real estate consultancy Avison Young has strengthened its UAE business with the appointment of Abbas Junejo.
Acting as Associate Director for the consulting and advisory practice, Abbas Junejo brings more than 8 years of experience in real estate consulting, capital markets, private equity, investment analysis and advisory across the MENA region, Europe and North America.
Through his career, Junejo has advised on all major real estate asset classes with a strong focus in Dubai and Abu Dhabi having provided feasibility studies, highest and best use studies, market analysis and research for clients including government bodies, private and public developers, and family offices.
Prior to Avison Young, Junejo was an Associate Director at Devmark, and previously, he served companies including Cavendish Maxwell, Knight Frank, as well as a number of financial institutions.
In his new role, Junejo will support the growth of the consulting and advisory practice of Avison Young in the region. Commenting on this appointment, he said: “It is a dynamic period for the real estate sector in the region, and Abu Dhabi in particular.
