Sima Abedrabboh joins Kearney’s Public Sector practice as a partner

Kearney has boosted its Public Sector practice in the Middle East with Sima Abedrabboh.
Appointed a partner, Sima Abedrabboh has more than two decades of experience working at the intersection of strategy, public policy and human capital. Most recently, she spent almost 10 years as an advisor on public policy and strategic national projects for the UAE Government, building on her experience in various public-sector areas, including regulatory affairs in human development and technology.
“Over the years, I rose to become a go-to resource regarding civil service and human capital, developing national strategies and helping to establish new federal entities in the UAE,” Abedrabboh explained.
In her work, Abedrabboh is a strong proponent of employing design thinking, developing and analyzing policy road maps, borrowing methodologies from other sectors, and using regulatory sandboxes to help determine what sorts of regulations are needed around specific products, services, and business models.
Now at Kearney, she will advise governments in the GCC region on their strategic transformations and the advancement of their human capital agenda’s. “I’ve learned a lot from working in the public sector, and it makes me confident in my ability to continue to serve clients as a management consultant.”

Sima Abedrabboh obtained her Master of Arts from SOAS University of London in the UK and also holds a degree from the Université Lumière Lyon 2 in France.
