New Metrics appoints Irem Bilgic as inaugural Chief Growth Officer

New Metrics has appointed Irem Bilgic as its inaugural Chief Growth Officer, bringing her on board to help the consulting firm realize its long-term growth strategy.
With around 200 staff across five offices, New Metrics is one of the region’s larger homegrown consultancies, and a leader in areas such as customer experience, employee experience and human-centric transformation.
With the strategic hire of Irem Bilgic in the newly created role, the consulting firm is now adding more weight and focus to the execution of its growth strategy, which aspires the firm scaling its presence in the coming years and expanding its portfolio of services, both in consulting, technology and enablement services.
As Chief Growth Officer, Bilgic will oversee the expansion and sharpening of New Metrics’ value proposition and offerings, lead new market opportunities including entry of new segments/sectors, drive commercial growth and business development, grow market positioning, and build partnerships with suppliers. She also at the same time help ensure that the business is agile and ready to scale efficiently with growth.

Before joining New Metrics, Bilgic worked both as a consultant and an executive across telecommunications, technology, and mobility. As COO of Marti, a leading mobility app in Turkey, she led business expansion, operational improvements, and a successful Series B funding round and public listing. Before that, she worked as a project manager at Turk Telekom and spent around five years at TMT strategy consultancy firm Delta Partners.
