UK-based 5th Street has expanded into the Middle East, establishing a strategic presence in Dubai – one of the world’s most dynamic real estate markets.
Established in 2020, 5th Street is a technology consultancy firm specialised in the implementation of real estate systems, with a focus on Yardi. US-headquartered Yardi is one of the world’s leading providers of property management software, used by hundreds of real estate clients worldwide.
5th Street supports real estate groups with the design and implementation of Yardi, as well as with optimisation, training and support services. 5th Street also has a data offering, focused on data governance and business intelligence related to Yardi.
