Infrastructure advisory firm Rebel launches office in Dubai

Dubai has welcomed yet another international consulting firm to its shores, with infrastructure advisory firm Rebel the latest player to open for business in the buzzing emirate.

Headquartered in the Netherlands, Rebel is an infrastructure advisor and investor that specialises in strategic and financial advisory services. Rebel operates with 10 offices in Europe, Africa, and North America, with Dubai now becoming its 11th hub and inaugural location in the Middle East.

Based out of Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), Rebel will predominantly focus on the GCC's infrastructure development domain, providing advisory services around public private partnerships, project financing, risk management, and investment structuring to governments, investors, and developers.

“We see enormous potential in the region and are excited to bring our expertise to the market,” said Adel Elsolh who has been based in the region for over 16 years and has been brought in to setup and lead the new venture. He has 25+ years of experience in project finance gained in investment banking and infrastructure financing in UK, Europe and the Middle East.

Dubai currently hosts over 400 foreign consulting firms, including 18 of the world’s 20 largest players.
