Reliant Surveyors appoints Robin Teh as Managing Director

Regional property consultancy Reliant Surveyors has appointed Robin Teh as its new Group Managing Director, marking a next milestone in the firm’s ambitions across the Middle East.

Robin Teh brings with him over 20 plus years of experience in the real estate industry, spanning residential, commercial, industrial, and hospitality sectors. His expertise covers many international markets including Singapore, South Korea, China, Taiwan, the UK, and a wide range of MENA jurisdictions – such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman, Kuwait, and Libya.

Prior to joining Reliant Surveyors, Teh held senior leadership roles at well-known real estate firms such as JLL, Hamptons, Chestertons, DTZPAC Group, and D&B Properties.

Now at Reliant Surveyors, which is part of Reliant Consultancy Group, he will oversee the firm’s next chapter of expansion.

Established in 1997, Reliant Surveyors began as a specialist loss adjusting firm with core expertise in handling complex insurance claims across marine, fire, automotive, and miscellaneous lines. By 2001, the firm had repositioned itself to meet increasing market demands for independent property expertise, expanding into real estate advisory, plant and machinery valuations, and market research.

In 2019, Reliant Surveyors added a transaction advisory practice to its portfolio, which advises clients on sales, leasing, and investment deals in the property landscape.
