Beinex one of the first companies to receive the Dubai AI Seal

The Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence (DCAI) has unveiled the first batch of companies that have received the Dubai AI Seal, with Beinex among the inaugural nine recipients.

Announced in February this year, the ‘Dubai AI Seal’ is a new certification mechanism that aims to promote trust in reliable artificial intelligence (AI) companies and establish the city as a global leader in AI. The initiative aligns with the Dubai Universal Blueprint for AI which was launched in April 2024.

“We launched the Dubai AI Seal initiative to create a comprehensive framework that fosters partnerships between government entities and specialised technology companies working on AI applications in Dubai, the UAE, and beyond,” said Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai and Deputy Prime Minister.

Developed by the Dubai Centre for Artificial Intelligence (DCAI), the Dubai AI Seal is handed out to companies that exemplify the highest standards of quality, security, and responsible AI innovation. Recipients are classified under six tiers – E, D, C, B, A and S – to indicate the level of their economic contribution, with S representing the highest level of economic impact.

Companies that receive the Dubai AI Seal are permitted to display the seal across their digital platforms and promotional campaigns, showcasing their reliability and credibility. Notably, the accolade will give companies a competitive advantage in government procurement and major national projects.

Beinex, a consulting firm with offices in the UAE, Qatar, and Saudi Arabia, is among the large enterprises that received the Dubai AI Seal, alongside EY and IBM.
