UAE Cyber Security Council names Sia its Strategic Partner for 2025

At an official ceremony held at Space42 Arena in Abu Dhabi, the UAE Cyber Security Council has named Sia as its Strategic Partner for 2025.
Established in 2020, the Cyber Security Council is tasked with developing and overseeing a cyber security strategy for the UAE, and creating a safe and strong cyber infrastructure in the Emirates.
During the event, the Cyber Security Council brought together key players from across the UAE’s cybersecurity landscape to discuss and help advance the region’s landscape, and spotlighted the organizations that are playing an active and frontrunning role in building national cybersecurity efforts.
Sia, a global consulting firm with several offices in the Middle East, was acknowledged as a Strategic Partner for its involvement in CyberE71, an initiative launched by the Cyber Security Council to accelerate the growth of cybersecurity startups and foster a culture of innovation.
The program connects startups with key actors across academia, government, and industry, aiming to position the UAE as a leading hub for cybersecurity entrepreneurship.
CyberE71 is being delivered through a collaboration between Sia and CPX. The two firms are combining their strategic insight, operational execution, and ecosystem engagement to support the development of high-potential startups and UAE-wide innovation capabilities.
Commenting on the recognition, Rafael Lemaitre, partner at Sia, stated: “We are deeply honored that Sia has been named Strategic Partner of the Year by the UAE Cyber Security Council. This recognition is a reflection of the trust placed in us by the Council and its leadership team.”
“We are truly grateful for the opportunity to contribute to the national cybersecurity agenda through our support of the CyberE71. Since its inception, CyberE71 has been a powerful platform to nurture innovation, strengthen capabilities, and bring together a vibrant ecosystem across academia, startups, and government.”
