TransformationX appoints Ayman Amro as partner in Saudi business

Operations and supply chain consultancy TransformationX has strengthened its senior team with Ayman Amro.

Appointed a partner, Ayman Amro brings over 15 years of experience in management consulting and operations across the Middle East. He joins the firm from North Highland, where he served as Managing Director in Saudi Arabia, spearheading the firm’s growth initiatives in the kingdom and leading large-scale transformation programs.

Before that, Amro spent a decade at KPMG and PwC in both Saudi Arabia and the UAE, working in the consulting arms of the Big Four firms.

During his time in consulting, Amro has led million-dollar transformation programs and helped both government and private sector clients with topics including strategy development, operating model design, procurement transformation, supply chain transformation, and program delivery. Earlier in his career, he also worked at Nestlé in its Procurement function.

Since its founding in 2022, TransformationX has grown to a team of around 25 staff across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. The firm has in this short time span already bagged award-winning status for its capabilities in procurement and supply chain.
