The PA Awards return to spotlight the leading organizations in people analytics

Following the success of its inaugural edition, the People Analytics Awards (PAAward) is back for a second year, with submissions now open for the 2025 cycle.

Organized by Maven Insights, an award-winning management consulting firm, the PAAwards recognize exceptional achievements in People Analytics across the Middle East and North Africa region, honoring organizations that are leading the way in data-driven workforce transformation.

The PAAwards will be handed out at the PAForum 2025, the region’s largest platform dedicated to advancing the people analytics profession. The Forum brings together thought leaders, practitioners, and decision-makers to share insights, trends, and transformative strategies shaping the future of HR.

“We’re seeing a clear shift in how organizations across the region are leveraging data to drive human capital decisions,” said Alper Kulak, Senior Partner at Maven Insights. “The PAAwards celebrate this transformation, not only through technology, but through the mindset shift toward measurable, strategic HR impact.”

Building on the momentum of the 2024 edition, which recognized government entities, semi-government institutions, and private organizations for their innovative use of data and analytics, this year’s awards promises to further raise the bar for excellence.

“Last year’s winners demonstrated how data, when aligned with purpose, can reshape the way organizations lead, engage, and evolve,” noted Khalid AlKhudairi, Senior Partner at Maven Insights. “This award is not just a celebration; it’s a call to keep pushing boundaries in the HR space.”

Open for applications

Applications for the PAAwards are now open for organizations operating in the Gulf and MENA region across the public and private sectors, with a minimum of 500 employees and at least two years of operational history.

Submissions are evaluated by an independent panel of industry experts based on five core pillars: People Analytics Strategy & Organizational Readiness, Data Integration & Analytical Methods, Business Impact & Value Creation, Innovative Technology Enablement, and Ethical, Legal & Inclusive Practices.

Organizations are encouraged to submit their entries before August 15th. Winners will be honored at PAForum, where they will share the stage with pioneers in the field, celebrate their success, and inspire the next wave of innovation in people analytics.
