Moore boosts Middle East presence with JFC Group addition
Global accounting and advisory network Moore has leapfrogged several of its rivals in the Middle East with the addition of JFC Group to its ranks.
The newly formed Moore JFC Group emerges following the transition of JFC Group from Baker Tilly to Moore. Established in 1977 by Mago JB Singh, who still leads the business, Moore JFC Group has a team of around 500 partners and staff across over 50 offices in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, and Seychelles.
Moore JFC Group offers the full suite of audit, assurance, advisory and tax services, with deep expertise in sectors such as manufacturing, healthcare, education, logistics, financial services, hospitality, media, and industrial manufacturing.
The firm’s consulting business offers services including management consulting, governance, risk, and compliance (GRC), project finance, digital transformation, cybersecurity and environmental, social, and governance (ESG).
Now part of Moore, the world’s 11th largest accountancy-origin professional services group, Moore JFC Group aims to accelerate its growth in the region, said managing partner Singh. “Our endeavour is to contribute to Moore’s growth story and add to the success of Moore globally, by becoming the single largest firm in the region.”
“This development marks a significant opportunity for our team members across the Middle East, as well as for our colleagues and their clients worldwide. We eagerly anticipate this exciting new chapter of growth.”
Moore JFC Group becomes the largest member firm of Moore in the Middle East. The network also has firms in countries such as Jordan, Lebanon, Afghanistan, Kuwait, Oman and Yemen. “By aligning our resources and capabilities with existing Moore members, we will add value to our global, regional, and local clients – who will be the greatest beneficiaries of this new relationship,” noted Singh.
Commenting on the news, Moore CEO Anton Colella said: “We are delighted to welcome JFC Group into our growing global family. They will strengthen our Middle Eastern and global networks, offering greater opportunities for our firms and their clients, and expanding the services we offer.”
Globally, Moore has around 37,000 people working from offices in 115+ countries. In 2024, the network recorded its fourth consecutive year of double-digit growth.
