TELUS Digital expands into the Middle East with opening of Dubai office
TELUS Digital, a global digital transformation consultancy and services firm with offices in 30+ countries, has expanded into the Middle East, setting up its inaugural office in the region in Dubai.
Headquartered in Canada, TELUS Digital has a workforce of over 78,000 people. The firm offers its clients a wide range of digital transformation services, in areas such as customer experience, contact centers, cloud, data science, digital marketing and digital product innovation. TELUS Digital is a certified partner of numerous major technology vendors, including Salesforce, ServiceNow, Adobe, Appian and cloud providers.
Hot on the heels of closing the acquisition of Salesforce-focused consultancy Gerent in the US, TELUS Digital has now opened the page of an entire new growth chapter – entering the Middle East.
“Opening a local office in the Middle East is a natural step in deepening our presence in key growth markets,” said Tobias Dengel, President of TELUS Digital. “Across the Gulf region, there’s growing interest to work with full-service partners from the strategy development phase through to designing and building digital experiences, AI platforms and customer solutions at scale. This is exactly where we excel.”
“Our expert team located around the world brings together consulting and product strategy with deep expertise in AI, computer vision and automation to help our clients build intelligent, future-ready experiences. The Gulf region’s forward-thinking infrastructure and pro-innovation environment make it the ideal place to do this work.”
End-to-end with a personal touch
Mona Kadouh, Managing Director of TELUS Digital in the Middle East, said that the firm’s expansion comes at a time of significant demand for digital consulting and digital experience services, driven by ambitious investments in the region to drive economic diversification and digital leadership.
“At TELUS Digital, we provide end-to-end services through strategy, delivery, and managed operations – with expertise in digital strategy consulting and experience design, AI-powered automation, and customer experience modernization. Our Middle East team is supported by our global team and delivery centres around the world.”
“What sets TELUS Digital apart is our ability to combine the precision of a bespoke partner with the scale and experience of a global organization that spans more than 30 countries.”
Formerly a strategy consultant at Strategy& and Bain & Company, Kadouh added that TELUS Digital sets itself apart with a personalised approach to doing business – unlike digital consultancies that offer repackaged, off-the-shelf solutions.
“We are deeply invested in understanding our clients’ specific challenges rather than selling generic solutions. We like to say that we ‘fall in love with our clients’ problems – a mindset that we demonstrate through our hands-on approach, leveraging proprietary GenAI and AI data platforms, and supported by a strong ecosystem of trusted technology partners.”

The AI boom
With increasing demand for AI in the GCC region, TELUS Digital is committed to help the region embrace and adopt the technology.
In the initial phase of the firm’s growth in the GCC, the focus will be on the UAE market, said Kadouh. “As the UAE positions itself at the forefront of AI adoption, our Dubai office will serve as a launch point to enable work across key sectors such as energy, transportation, logistics, healthcare, education, financial services, telecom, media, hospitality, and retail, positioning the region as a growing hub for AI research, development and deployment.”
“Our AI capabilities help clients across sectors embrace responsible, AI-powered change.”
TELUS Digital
Meanwhile, in other parts of the world, TELUS Digital recently added a second office in South Africa (in Cape Town) and its sixth in India (in Ahmedabad). Both are delivery centres that provide the firm with close proximity to key markets in Europe and the Middle East.
