CXG appoints Mathieu Sancet as global leader of Automotive practice
Luxury-focused consulting firm CXG has appointed Dubai-based Mathieu Sancet as the new global leader of its Automotive practice.
Appointed a Vice President, Mathieu Sancet will oversee the firm’s services and projects to clients in the automotive landscape.
Founded in China but now headquartered in Dubai, CXG advises and supports luxury companies with enhancing their customer experience and improving the performance of their premium and luxury brands. The firm has a team of over 260 professionals working from 12 offices across 4 continents.

Sancet brings over 15 years of experience across the premium and luxury automotive sector to CXG. He began his journey as a Consultant for General Motors in France, before advancing to become Deputy Manager at BMW Group in France, where he contributed to regional commercial development. He later joined Mercedes-Benz in Switzerland as Regional Manager, overseeing strategic operations across key markets.
In his next role, Sancet served as General Manager of Aston Martin Lagonda, where he led market performance and commercial strategy across Switzerland. Over the past years, he ran his own consultancy firm in Dubai, advising management on growth, operations, and customer experience transformation within the automotive space.
