Emma Harvey to lead CSQ’s new Facility Management Consultancy offering

Following the launch of its new Facility Management Consultancy, CSQ has brought Emma Harvey on board to lead and spearhead the expansion of the new practice.

Emma Harvey brings nearly 20 years of experience across facility management, property management, and project management to CSQ, gained in the UK and UAE. Throughout her career, she has worked for global consulting firms (KPMG), engineering groups (Mace), real estate services firms (JLL) and banks, among others.

During this time, Harvey led facility management operations for major portfolios, developed systems to improve building performance, and supported smooth transitions from construction to occupancy. She is an expert in translating technical requirements into practical, value-driven solutions for clients.

Most recently, Harvey led her own management consulting boutique out of Dubai.

“What drew me to CSQ was the vision to embed facility management consultancy throughout the project lifecycle,” she says. “It’s about helping clients think beyond delivery, making sure that from day one, assets are designed and operated with efficiency, sustainability, and user experience in mind.”

In her new role, Harvey will lead the growth of CSQ’s Facility Management Consultancy offering, supporting clients across sectors such as commercial, residential, hospitality, mixed-use and cultural developments.

“The facility management consultancy market is growing rapidly across the GCC, especially in Saudi Arabia,” Harvey adds. “I’m excited to build this new service line, strengthen CSQ’s integrated offering, and bring more strategic, forward-thinking solutions to the region’s leading developers and asset owners.”
