Taaeen wins five HCM Excellence Awards for Leadership and Talent Excellence
At the HCM Excellence Awards hosted by the Brandon Hall Group, Abu Dhabi headquartered Taaeen emerged as one of the ceremony’s biggest winners, taking home five awards.
Held annually, the HCM Excellence Awards recognize organizations that have successfully developed and deployed programs, strategies, modalities, processes, systems and tools that have achieved measurable results. Organizations of every size and sector from across the globe compete for these prestigious honours – making them among the most competitive and highly regarded awards in the field of human capital.
This year’s HCM Excellence Awards honoured major global corporates such as Google, Microsoft, Accenture, and VML, with Taaeen standing out as one of the few homegrown Middle Eastern companies to earn recognition.
Taaeen earned two Silver awards for its own programs: Best Leadership Development Program and Best New Hire Onboarding Program, reaffirming its position as a leading provider of integrated talent development solutions.
In addition, the success of its strategic partnerships was celebrated, with Abu Dhabi Awqaf winning Gold for Best Development Planning Program and Silver for Best Team Induction Program, while one of Taaeen’s partners in the events and exhibitions industry received Bronze for Best Learning Team – all programs designed and delivered by Taaeen.
Founded in Abu Dhabi in 2012, Taaeen is a specialized provider of human capital services, including advisory, leadership development, and talent management.
