Procapita Group inks collaboration with Target Recruitment & HR Solutions
In its second partnership deal in the space of a few weeks in the Egyptian market, Procapita Group has inked a collaboration with Target Recruitment & HR Solutions.
Based out of Alexandria, the second largest city in Egypt, Target Recruitment & HR Solutions is a provider of services including executive search, recruitment, HR outsourcing, payroll and labor conflict resolution. Since its establishment in 2006, the firm has built a reputation as a leading player in its landscape.
As part of the deal with Procapita Group, an award-winning human capital consulting firm and the exclusive distributor of Thomas International and ZENITHR in the MENA region, Target Recruitment & HR Solutions will officially represent and provide the assessments, surveys and solutions from Thomas International and ZENITHR to its clients.
Thomas International is a global leader in behavioral assessment tools. These tools help businesses recruit, retain, develop and manage talents. ZENITHR meanwhile provides HR intelligence solutions that transform workforce data into real-time analytics and analyze employees’ experience and feedback to build a healthier environment and culture.
