Signium launches new service line in the UAE

Signium, a global company specialized in executive search and leadership advisory, has expanded its UAE business with the launch of a new service line.

Effective December 1, Signium has launched its Executive Search practice in its Dubai office, complementing its existing Leadership Consulting practice, which is led by Managing Partner Hisham El-Badawy since 2006.

The new arm is led by seasoned industry professionals Jon Ashcroft and Mark Holdich, who have both joined as Managing Partners. They focus on executive and board-level searches across industries.

“The UAE is a hub of innovation and investment, attracting talent and businesses from across the globe. As sectors like fintech, real estate, and manufacturing flourish in Dubai and surrounding areas, the demand for highly skilled leadership is on the rise,” said Ashcroft.

Holdich meanwhile pointed at the rapidly unfolding opportunities in the Saudi market: “Saudi Arabia is undergoing a transformative change, pioneering growth in non-oil sectors such as technology, renewable energy, financial services and tourism. Signium GCC is well-positioned to navigate these opportunities and deliver tailored solutions for C-suite level placements.”

According to El-Badawy, the addition of the new offering will bolster its end-to-end leadership service in the region. “This collaboration creates synergies between our two offerings. By combining our networks and resources, we’re in a favorable position to deliver comprehensive talent solutions for the GCC market.”
