Knight Frank and Henry Wiltshire partner in Abu Dhabi’s prime residential market
Global real estate company Knight Frank has deepened its property business in Abu Dhabi through a new partnership with Henry Wiltshire, a boutique real estate agency for the prime residential market.
The partnership will see both firms pursue various project mandates and collaborate on high-profile developments for local and international clients.
Founded in 2014, Henry Wiltshire’s Abu Dhabi office has since its inception established itself as a leading boutique in the local prime market. The firm has been appointed as the exclusive agency for high-profile developments, such as Nudra on Saadiyat Island, an entire building in Mayan on Yas Island, as well as three private residential apartment buildings.
Knight Frank is a global real estate consultancy active in several segments. This new alliance will extend the firm’s ability to serve and support private clients and developers more comprehensively in the UAE’s capital, especially as residential demand in Abu Dhabi increases.
