American accounting and advisory firm EisnerAmper has expanded its international footprint with a presence in the UAE.

Headquartered in New York, EisnerAmper is a professional services firm with more than 450 partners and 4,500 employees. The firm has a large presence in the US, and through its EisnerAmper Global brand, is pursuing an international growth strategy.

With the addition of an office in Dubai, its first in the Middle East, EisnerAmper now has a presence in eight countries outside its home market: the United Arab Emirates, the United Kingdom, the Cayman Islands, Luxembourg, India, Ireland, Israel, and Singapore.

“We’ve noticed increasing client demand for local expertise and advisory solutions in the Middle East,” said Nick Tsafos, partner-in-charge of the New York region at EisnerAmper and board member of EisnerAmper Global. “Our expansion into the UAE will allow us to offer a comprehensive suite of advisory solutions to businesses across the region.”

Peter Cogan, managing partner for Financial Services at EisnerAmper and chair of EisnerAmper Global, added: “The UAE is a magnet for talent, capital, and vision, and we’re committed to building enduring value in a region that plays a critical role in the future of global business.”

Leading EisnerAmper in the UAE is Osama Harmouche, who most recently served as Head of Audit for the Lower Gulf at KPMG. Earlier in his career, he worked over two decades at PwC and Deloitte, where he was a partner.

“I am thrilled to announce the launch of EisnerAmper in the UAE. With this expansion, we’re bringing EisnerAmper’s world-class advisory solutions and expertise to the UAE and wider MENA region. I look forward to working with clients, partners, and stakeholders to build enduring value,” said Harmouche.

“EisnerAmper’s UAE business will serve as a regional gateway for the company’s growing client base, supporting sovereign entities, multinationals, family offices, and emerging businesses as they navigate complexity, scale innovation, and drive sustainable growth across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region and beyond.”

Tsafos stated: “Under Osama’s leadership, our team on the ground can support clients with a wide range of advisory services unique to the region.”
