EY completes move to new regional headquarters in Riyadh
After months of preparation and relocation, EY has completed the move to its new regional headquarters in Saudi Arabia. The state-of-the-art facility accommodates 1,900 EY employees.
Formally inaugurated earlier this year at an event attended by EY’s full Global Executive team and regional leadership, the new headquarters is three times the size of the firm’s previous Riyadh office and ranks among the largest consulting firm offices in the Kingdom.
The new workspace spans two towers within King Abdullah Financial District (KAFD) – a dynamic economic hub at the heart of the Saudi capital. It features 11 floors in the north tower dedicated to employees and three floors in the south tower housing EY’s regional leadership members, connected by a striking sky bridge.
Architecturally, the design draws inspiration from Saudi Arabia’s rapid progress, blending elements of the Kingdom’s rich cultural heritage with its modern urban vision. The interiors combine contemporary comfort with traditional touches, offering a distinctive experience for both employees and clients.
Sustainability is a central focus of the new headquarters. The building holds an ‘A’ rating in energy efficiency, and sustainable materials were used throughout construction. The facility also incorporates energy-efficient lighting, waste reduction initiatives, and water flow monitoring systems to track and minimise environmental impact.

Also serving as the firm’s headquarters for the Middle East and North Africa, the KAFD office oversees 8,000 employees across 26 offices in 15 countries. EY has had a presence in the region since 1923, making it the longest-serving Big Four firm in the Middle East.
