Hassan Zeaiter joins Strategic Gears as Partner and Real Estate practice leader
Strategic Gears has strengthened its partner team with Hassan Zeaiter, who brings around two decades of experience in consulting and industry to the Saudi management consultancy firm.
Joining from Strategy&, Hassan Zeaiter leads the Real Estate practice at Strategic Gears, which supports governments, municipalities, regional development authorities, and private real estate companies with a range of strategic, financial and organizational services.
“I joined Strategic Gears to help expand its Real Estate advisory platform. What excites me most is the firm’s entrenched roots in Saudi Arabia and the region, its entrepreneurial pace, and its ambition to shape Saudi Arabia’s and the region’s next generation of cities and destinations through strategy that translates vision into execution,” said Zeaiter on his move.
A graduate of the American University of Beirut and an MBA holder from INSEAD, Zeaiter has advised clients across the Middle East, Europe, North America, and Oceania throughout his career. Before joining Strategy&, he spent around four years in Canada with Sun Life and Desjardins, following seven years at Bain & Company.
He has extensive expertise in strategy, operating model, investments and partnerships, commercial due diligence, across the full lifecycle of real estate projects and segments including commercial, logistics and mixed-use.
Notable project experience includes developing a business plan for a specialized tourism real estate development company in Saudi Arabia, helping a real estate developer of lifestyle destinations with growth, developing the masterplan for a leading special economic zone in the GCC, and assisting a major Saudi conglomerate with the development and execution of its real estate development strategy.
