FP boosts Public Sector practice in Saudi Arabia with Anas Chazal
Four Principles (FP) has strengthened its team with Anas Chazal, who has joined the firm as a Principal in its Riyadh office.
Anas Chazal brings nine years of experience of leading and contributing to large-scale national transformation initiatives in Saudi Arabia aligned with Vision 2030. He has expertise in strategy design and implementation, digital and organizational transformation, and spending efficiency across numerous government sectors, including the municipal, environmental and financial segments.
Before joining FP, Chazal worked at Strategy&, where he was a member of the Public Sector practice in Riyadh. During the two years at the firm, he led national environmental projects and contributed to the successful delivery of a high-level UN convention hosted in Saudi Arabia.
Before that, he worked at Elixir Management Consultancy (part of McKinsey & Company) where he grew the ranks from Analyst to Senior Manager, leading projects that included strategy refreshes, spending reviews, transformation design, and organizational development.
“With deep knowledge of Saudi’s public sector and transformation context, Anas brings expertise that complements our capabilities and further strengthens FP’s position as a trusted partner in digital transformation across the Kingdom,” said Managing Partners Seif Shieshakly and Patrick Wiebusch. “We are truly excited to have Anas on board and can’t wait to see the great things we will achieve together.”
