Kicking off next Monday, ADIPEC 2025 will welcome more than 200,000 attendees to discuss the future of the energy transition in the Middle East and globally. Bain & Company’s line-up at the event is spearheaded by global leader Peter Parry and Dubai-based partner Othmane Boujemaoui.

Self-billed as the world’s largest energy conference, the four-day ADIPEC 2025 conference will host over 200,000 participants from 170+ countries, featuring an action-packed line-up of 1,800+ speakers, including ministers, government officials, CEOs, senior executives, and academics. The event will be held at the Abu Dhabi National Exhibition Centre (ADNEC).

The conference aims to facilitate critical dialogue and collaboration across sectors such as energy, technology, finance, maritime, logistics, manufacturing and transport – all geared towards advancing the energy transition and accelerating climate action. Key topics on this year’s agenda include energy transition, AI, digitalisation, and innovation.

The event is also a major hub for deal-making – previous editions of ADIPEC have facilitated over US$10 billion in agreements.

Attending ADIPEC 2025 are decision-makers from oil and gas companies, energy groups, governments, technology providers, investors, innovators, and consulting firms. Dozens of consultancies will be present, including Bain & Company, a global strategy consulting firm with several offices across the Middle East.

Bain & Company’s delegation will engage with stakeholders from across the energy ecosystem to explore practical strategies for embedding sustainability and digitalisation into operations, enhancing performance, and capturing long-term value.

The team is led by Peter Parry, Chairman of Bain’s Global Energy and Natural Resources Practice, and Othmane Boujemaoui, Partner in the firm’s Dubai office.

Looking ahead to the conference, Parry said: “Today’s energy landscape demands that we move quickly to industrial-scale application and adaptation, learning as we go, in the use of AI – while ensuring sustainability and long-term resilience. Companies that integrate these elements will be the ones shaping a sustainable and prosperous future.”

Boujemaoui added: “Gas markets continue to play a critical role in balancing energy security, affordability and sustainability. In the Middle East and beyond, pragmatic progress depends on using gas as a stable foundation for growth while investing in the technologies that will define the future energy mix.”
