Strategic Gears and CozmoX AI to bring ‘AI employees’ to Saudi market

Strategic Gears has signed a strategic partnership with CozmoX AI aimed at helping organisations across Saudi Arabia integrate ‘AI employees’ into their workforce.

Headquartered in the US, CozmoX AI develops AI employees – intelligent agents that operate as human-like team members. Powered by advanced voice technology, these AI employees can conduct natural, human-sounding conversations and are tailored to the specifics of each region and organisation – from appearance, tone, and voice to functionality – to ensure they are embraced by customers and colleagues alike.

CozmoX AI’s current offering focuses on areas where AI employees can take over repetitive or routine tasks through natural voice conversations, including Sales, Finance, Administration, and Customer Service.

Under the agreement, Strategic Gears will add the CozmoX AI platform to its AI offerings and support its Saudi clients in adopting AI employees to enhance and scale their workforce.
