Laura Davies (CSQ) named Project Manager of the Year 2025 at construction awards
Laura Davies from CSQ has been named the Middle East’s Project Manager of the Year, recognising her leadership, impact, and contribution to the Middle East’s project management sector.
At the Construction Innovation Awards 2025 – an annual event celebrating excellence in the construction industry – six individuals were shortlisted for the Project Manager of the Year category. The runner-up title went to Raihan Saghir from Mirage, while the winner’s award was presented to Laura Davies, Associate Project Manager at CSQ.
At just 30 years old, Laura is one of the youngest members of CSQ’s senior team, leading high-profile projects that combine technical precision with a strong people-first approach. Her standout achievement this year was the delivery of the Lunate Headquarters at Al Maryah Tower, a 8,000 square foot, five-floor corporate fit-out in Abu Dhabi. Under her leadership, the project was completed on schedule and within budget.
Her work has earned repeat business from leading clients including Gibson & Dunn and a confidential UAE government entity – a testament to the trust she builds and the results she delivers.
Known for her calm, structured leadership, Laura leads a team of seven project managers, mentors graduates preparing for their MRICS assessments, and is recognised for creating a culture of accountability and collaboration across CSQ.
Beyond project delivery, Laura plays an active role in CSQ’s community and industry initiatives, from mentoring young professionals to supporting CSR campaigns such as the MND24 Challenge and Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
Commenting on the recognition, Natalie Stephenson, Founding Partner at CSQ, said: “Laura’s achievement reflects the values we’ve built CSQ on – clarity, trust, and leadership at every level. She represents the next generation of project leaders in the region, and we couldn’t be prouder to see her recognised for the impact she makes.”
Before moving to the UAE in 2020, Laura worked with Colliers and Cushman Wakefield in the United Kingdom, undertaking development feasibility studies and valuations across a range of commercial and residential assets.
