Udit Agarwal and Andrew Bowyer join MRM MENAT in leadership roles
Marketing consultancy and agency MRM MENAT has welcomed two new senior members to its team: Udit Agarwal and Andrew Bowyer.
Udit Agarwal has than 30 years of experience in integrated marketing and communications, gained both in professional services and in industry.
He began his career at Ogilvy in India, followed by two decades with MCN in Dubai. Most recently, he served as Head of Marketing at Super General Company (Albatha Group), where he built a unified brand across 50+ countries and led growth through trade, wholesale, and e-commerce channels.
Appointed as Regional Business Lead, Agarwal will lead business transformation mandates across the Midde East, Africa and Turkey (MENAT), with a core focus on driving commercial growth, elevating operational excellence, and building long-term client partnerships.
“I’m excited to return to a network I know well and help elevate how we connect marketing ambition to commercial impact, especially for regional conglomerates and enterprise clients navigating growth and transformation across the region,” said Agarwal.
Andrew Bowyer meanwhile has been appointed as Head of Experience and Innovation, bringing over two decades of experience to the role. Prior to joining MRM MENAT, he led customer experience and innovation engagements at Publicis Sapient and at PwC, working with clients including the Abu Dhabi Department of Culture and Tourism, Saudi Ministry of Culture, Miral, Dubai Holding, and Diriyah Company.
He also brings global perspective from working with Bose, Adidas, and several tourism authorities across Australia.
In his new role, Bowyer will lead MRM MENAT’s experience strategy, service design, and innovation consulting capabilities. “It’s an exciting time to return to the region, where organisations are not just investing in platforms, but rethinking how experience drives performance,” said Bowyer.
“As the lines between selling and serving continue to blur, I’m looking forward to helping our clients create value at every stage, with experiences that are more anticipatory, less effortful, and ultimately more human.”
