Platform01 Consulting, a Dubai-headquartered management consultancy, has strengthened its team with five new professionals.
Established in 2023, Platform01 Consulting is a boutique specializing in four lines of business: strategy, corporate finance, mergers & acquisitions, and restructuring.
The hires of Nabeel Ahmed, Ahsen Aghai, Mariyam Akhund, Esha Sachdev, and Muqaddas Noor boosts the firm’s team across its fee-earner and commercial teams. “These additions position Platform01 Consulting for an enhanced strategic direction and greater excellence across all functions. Each of these professionals brings expertise that strengthens our capabilities to grow and deliver on our strategic vision,” said Mustafa Nadeem, the firm’s Managing Director.
Nabeel Ahmed is a business leader with extensive experience in business transformation, venture development, and organizational growth across industries including IT, telecom, retail, and food. He is CFA qualified from the CFA Institute, bringing strong financial acumen and strategic depth to his leadership role.
As General Manager at Platform01 Consulting, he combines strategic insight with operational excellence to drive the firm’s expansion, strengthen client solutions, and enhance organizational performance. His proven track record in scaling businesses, implementing advanced systems, and leading cross-functional teams positions him to create long-term value for Platform01 Consulting.
Ahsen Aghai joins Platform01 as a Manager Marketing, bringing more than 12 years of expertise across global markets, including North America, MENA, ASEAN, and the EU.
With a strong background in performance marketing, SEO, and social media strategy, he will play a pivotal role in elevating Platform01’s digital capabilities and strengthening its marketing advisory offerings. His experience across diverse industries and his data-driven, ROI-focused approach will support the firm’s vision for innovative, high-impact client solutions.
Mariyam Akhund (Senior Consultant) brings over 12 years of finance and banking expertise to Platform01 Consulting, with a strong track record in customer retention, financial analysis, and operational excellence.
She holds an FMVA certification from CFI in Canada, along with a Data Analysis & Visualization certification from Zabeel Institute. She will drive strategic initiatives, enhance client solutions, and contribute to the firm’s growth through data-driven insights, analytical rigor, and innovative financial strategies.
Esha Sachdev and Muqaddas Noor have both been appointed as a Commercial Executive, strengthening the commercial operations function, client management, and supporting business development efforts across the organization.
